lost another 3/4 of a pound this week, not much return for all that work.

I guess that I should have expected that it would get progressively harder towards the end but I didnt. No matter, I am still 100% committed and have even lowered my goal by 2 lbs.

so, the clock has been reset and I have 10 lbs to go. Thats sounds familiar :p

wow, things aren't getting any easier.

I have exercised every night for the last 2-3 weeks, have been strict with my diet and I have lost only 2.5 pounds in 3 weeks.

The last 9 pounds are going to take some time I think :/

Feeling good here, I've had some fun and challenging bike rides in the last week. Doing better with my diet. Good thinking with the oatmeal anytime. I go for some pushups and situps pretty often, too. I'm still stuck on girl pushups (yep, the knee ones) so far. My weight isn't shifting so much, I'm really not stuck on achieving a certain number with that. I'm more about fat loss and fitness than pounds. How's it going for you? Looks like your weight is going in the right direction. I like the ellipticals too-a nice, smooth workout. Walking in the mountains sounds very nice!

I am a little boring.

I use an elliptical at least 4 times a week. usually for 45 minutes on a hill climb programme at medium/high intensity. I do some push-ups and sit-ups on a daily basis and a little work with free weights.

At the weekends I do 1 run of about 2 miles and do at least one walk of 4-8 miles, usually in the mountains of Snowdonia in Wales.

I am not a big runner, had some knee problems a few years ago and so tend to prefer the low impact stuff.

I just wish I would be able to actually RUN the whole distance in my hometown 5K coming up in 2 weeks. I don't see that happening. I have a friend who wants me to train for a half marathon with her-haha-I can't imagine! But, I am enjoying the finally beautiful weather here, that helps get the outdoor activities going. What do you like to do for exercise?

Hello, just saw your post on the "fresh start" thread. Great job on your progress! I agree, fitness and feeling good are so important, not just the number on the scale. I lost some progress, but am excited to get going again! Take good care! Amy
